North Boulevard Apartments has been my home for 11 years. The owner, the maintenance personnel, and the neighbors are truly exceptional. This is a charming home, not your usual apartment complex.

2038 North Blvd had been our home for 16 years. Who knew that this 2 bedroom apartment would bring us so much joy and turn an apartment into a home? We moved into our apartment after moving from California and my family and I grew up in that apartment- my daughter went to Poe Elementary, Lanier Middle, and DeBakey High School and some of her college years all while living here. The location of the apartment makes everything close- Galleria, Rice Village, the Heights, Midtown, and Downtown- it really is the perfect apartment when taking distance into consideration. The area was always a quiet and safe area to live in and we would always feel very comfortable walking through the neighborhood at any time of day. The neighbors would always exchange a smile and made the community feel very welcome. Maintenance was always quick to help with repairs and Hannah was an excellent manager who was always there for us whether it be with the apartment or personally. We are very sad to move but we are eternally grateful for the wonderful community we met at North Blvd and all the beautiful memories we made in this apartment, it truly became our home and hope that whoever moves into these apartments feels the same.

"I've lived in my apartment on North Blvd for more than 10 years now. I knew from the first moment I saw the place that I had to have it. My front window view frames a massive Magnolia tree, and has a window ledge on which my cat loves to perch. Beautiful hardwood floors, wainscotting, checkered flooring in a large kitchen with ample counter space, central AC and dishwasher are other features I appreciate daily. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, and during the day one can enjoy a beautiful stroll walking the North to South Blvd loop. My quality of life is quite high living here. I highly recommend!"

"I love the small community of friends that I have come to know over the years. I have lived here since 2000. This place is truly a unique find in Houston. The character here really can't be beat- historic, friendly, safe, and so close to all the best parts of the city. The complex is charming and convenient, placed in one of the best parts of town. It's wonderful to be able to walk to nearby restaurants and jog to rice.

I’ve lived at North Boulevard Apartments for more than 7 years and love it. The large rooms, the abundant natural light and the historic character are all wonderful, but more than that, the apartment feels like a real home. Plus, North Boulevard is one of the most beautiful streets in Houston!
